We spent
extra time last fall sewing coats for all the sheep and it was time well spent.
Fleeces this spring were exceptionally clean. The sheep all stayed jacketed
either until they lambed or were sheared.

Coral
Coral, Romeny ewe. A very nice typical Romney
fleece, weight is over 8 pounds, staple length was over 5 1/2 inches.

Kate
Kate, our favorite ewe, had a very good year. Two
nice ram lambs and a beautiful fleece.
Very even crimp and a 5 inch staple, weight is 7 pounds even, priced at $10 a
pound.
Holly
This is Hollyhock who was probably our hardest
working ewe this year.
She gave us triplets, including our new herd sire and this nice big fleece.
The staple was nearly 7 inches in places. Weight was 8 1/2 pounds and is priced
at $10 a pound, plus shipping.
Grace
Grace, this is Grace's two year old fleece with a
nice uniform crimp and a 5 to 6 inch staple.
Weight is a bit over 7 pounds. $10 a pound plus shipping
Pansy
Pansy, a Romney/Bluefaced Leicester is taking it
easy this year after triplets and twins
with just a big single lamb and this pretty fleece. Weight is 3.8 pounds, priced
at $10 a pound.
Laura
Laura is a 2
year old this year and is working hard.
She produced lovely twin ewe lambs and this very nice fleece with a beautiful
crimp.
Weight is 5 1/2 pounds and is priced at $10 a pound.
Cassiopeia
Another hard working Romney ewe, she gave us twin ram lambs and this fleece. Weight is over 5 1/2 pounds and is priced at $10 a pound.
Callisto
Callisto outdid herself this
year. She gave us triplets, 2 rams and a ewe and this generous fleece.
While I was skirting it I could picture the lovely sweaters it will make. Weight
is 7 1/2 pounds, priced at $10 a pound.

Louie LaMour
Louie has a
beautiful fleece for spinning or knitting. I have a favorite sweater I've made
